Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 portions<br><\/strong><strong>404 calories\/ 60g&nbsp; glucides\/ 11g gras\/ 22g prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tortillas de bl\u00e9 entier 7\u00a0po<br>1\/3 patate douce moyenne, coup\u00e9e en cubes<br>5\u00a0ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br>1 \u00e9chalote grise, hach\u00e9e finement<br>1 gousse d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9e finement<br>190\u00a0ml (3\/4 tasse) de haricots noirs en conserve, \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<br>5 tomates cerise, coup\u00e9es en morceaux<br>100\u00a0ml (1\/3 de tasse et 1 c. \u00e0 soupe et 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de ma\u00efs d\u00e9congel\u00e9 ou frais<br>125\u00a0ml (\u00bd tasse) de fromage mozzarella partiellement \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, r\u00e2p\u00e9<br>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<br>60\u00a0ml (1\/4 tasse) de cr\u00e8me sure sans gras<br>60\u00a0ml (1\/4 tasse) de salsa du commerce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F).<\/li><li>Dans une casserole, faites bouillir les cubes de patates douces jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres, environ 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, faites sauter l\u2019\u00e9chalote dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter l\u2019ail et les haricots. Cuire environ 5 minutes. Ensuite, ajouter les tomates et le ma\u00efs. Saler, poivrer.<\/li><li>Lorsque les patates douces sont pr\u00eates, r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Sur une plaque allant au four, d\u00e9poser une tortilla,&nbsp; r\u00e9partir la pur\u00e9e de patate douce, ajouter le m\u00e9lange de haricots et parsemer de fromage. Couvrir avec la deuxi\u00e8me tortilla. Presser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li><li>Enfourner environ 10 minutes.
