En plus, vous pourrez faire le plein de l\u00e9gumes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 portions<br>Par portion : 411 calories\/ 55g glucides\/ 13g gras\/ 23g prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 concombre<\/li><li>2 poivrons rouges<\/li><li>4 tomates italiennes<\/li><li>1\/4 d\u2019oignon rouge<\/li><li>2 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9 finement<\/li><li>3 tasses de jus de l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>\u00bc tasse de vinaigre de vin blanc<\/li><li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poivre moulu<\/li><li>6 tiges de ciboulette<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accompagnez votre repas (par portion) :<br><\/strong>1 pain pita de bl\u00e9 entier, grill\u00e9<br>100 ml de fromage cheddar faible en gras (7% M.G.), coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
