At Nautilus Plus, all of our employees are qualified professionals. We guarantee it!
Nautilus Plus is a partner of ANIE, the Association of National Instructors in Exercise. ANIE adds to the expertise of our group exercise instructors and personal trainers in two ways:
- It recognizes the competence and professionalism of the instructors and trainers by providing certification programs based on rigorous norms of quality.
- It offers training and workshops focusing on the latest research and development in the field of physical exercise.
Our fitness evaluators and personal trainers also receive a certification from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) often completing specific and demanding exams. All Nautilus Plus centers are recognized by the CSEP.
At all times our employees, certified in both cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillation (AED*) in accordance with the Heart and Stroke Foundation guidelines, are qualified to intervene in case of a medical emergency.
* All our clubs are equipped with an automated external defibrillator.

Nautilus Plus is a member of the International Health, Racquet and Sports Club Association (IHRSA) which groups more than 6,000 centres worldwide. Members of Nautilus Plus can benefit from a variety of programs and promotions made available by IHRSA. Nautilus Plus is at the forefront of the latest research and development as well as the most recent techniques and trends. IHRSA recognizes Nautilus Plus as one of the most qualified organizations within the industry.
